OK, LET´S DO THIS

Pacific Rim se sintió cómo aquella vez cuando tenía 6 y  mis padres prometieron llevarme al parque de diversiones, y soñé y soñé con ese día durante semanas. Pero llegado el momento, sólo me dejaron subir al carrusel, a los autos chocadores y a las tazas voladoras, mientras a lo lejos veía las demenciales montañas rusas, casas del horror y Caídas en cataratas. Sí, me divertí la madre, no lo niego, pero eso no quiere decir que no haya salido frustrado, sintiendo que no era lo que prometieron, y que me mantuvieron muy seguro y  protegido.

Una de mis más grandes penas nerd es justamente que nunca podré experimentar Evil Dead, la trilogía original por primera vez, en un cine lleno de otros tantos frikis  ruidosos y confrontacionales, con los que pueda reír  gritar y aplaudir como simio viendo estas obras de arte.  Y eso me duele en el alma. Es una pena cómo ese ritual colectivo y tan romantizado cómo es el de ir a premieres en compañía de tu gente, va a desapareciendo poco a poco...

En fin...

SPRING BREAKERS

Por ahí escuché que Spring Breakers  era una de esas películas que u odias o amas, y a pesar de que no me ha pasado ninguno de los dos, veo el por qué.
